The website ‘www.ayuda-dana.es’, launched by the Joint Cyberspace Command (JCCC) to help those affected by the DANA to recover data from their computing devices, has received more than 30,000 queries in its first operational month.
To be precise, 152 people have requested this service in which 242 volunteers are working. The applicants are small and medium-sized enterprises that have been affected after the great material loss of their businesses, with computer data being one of the most damaged areas.
The MCCE makes a positive assessment of the response to this initiative, with the public also joining in to give visibility to this platform, in which private entities and companies are also participating.
All those involved are working on a daily basis to deal with the incidents they are receiving and to recover data and equipment as quickly as possible, ensuring that the damage from the DANA will be mitigated as soon as possible.
