The Strategic Communication Section-Technical Cabinet of the Chief of The Defence Staff (JEMAD) is committed to making its website accessible pursuant to Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of Public Sector websites and mobile applications.

Application procedure.

You can make your request for accessible information or complaint (article 12 of RD 1112/2018) from the website you are visiting by accessing the Ministry of Defence's electronic headquarters, section 'Procedures - Directorate of Institutional Communication of Defence', Form 'Requests for accessible information and complaint'.

In case of requests for accessible information, the interested party must clearly specify the facts, reasons and request that allow it to be established that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.

If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been filed, it would have been:

  • Rejected.
  • Did not agree with the decision taken.
  • The response did not meet the requirements of Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018.
  • The period of twenty working days has elapsed without a response.

The person concerned may initiate a complaint to:

  • Know and oppose the reasons for the rejection.
  • Call for an appropriate action in the event of disagreement with the decision taken.
  • Set out the reasons why the answer is considered not to meet the requirements.

You can submit your complaint to the Accessibility Unit of the Ministry of Defence through the Ministry of Defence's Electronic Headquarters, section 'Procedures - Institutional Communication Directorate of Defence',Form 'Complaint Procedure'.

Any administrative appeals against the resolution of the complaint regulated in the previous paragraphs may be lodged, in accordance with the provisions of Article 112 of Law 39/2015, of October 1st, 2015.
