The Joint Cyberspace Command joins a solidarity initiative to help small and medium-sized enterprises (PYMES in Spanish) affected by the meteorological phenomenon known as Isolated Depression at High Levels (DANA in Spanish) to recover data from their computer systems.

•  Public and private institutions along with volunteers from the IT sector have coordinated to help small businesses and shops affected by the DANA.

With the appropriate IT treatment, the information stored on some digital devices (hard disks, tablets, mobiles, etc.) could be recovered. Through this initiative by professionals in the sector, the aim is to help small companies affected by the DANA to recover critical information that will allow them to re-establish their business activity.

To this end, the website ayuda-dana.es has set up a ‘Computer data recovery’ section where help can be requested for the recovery of data from electronic devices affected by DANA.

In this section, by accessing the link informatica.ayuda-dana.es, it is only necessary to fill in a simple form, and in less than 24 hours the affected person will be contacted with instructions on how to proceed.
