The Chief of Defence meets with the Commander of the Eurocorps during his official visit to Spain

The official visit of the Commander of the Eurocorps, Lieutenant General Piotr Blazeusz, to Spain included a work agenda during his stay in Madrid. He was received at the Headquarters of the Defence Staff by the Chief of Defence, Admiral  Teodoro Esteban López Calderón. The two held a working meeting. 

Later, Lieutenant General Blazeusz met with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Lieutenant General Jose Antonio Herrera Llamas. Following these individual meetings, another working session took place, which involved personnel from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Army, and the Eurocorps. Among the various topics discussed were the rotations of the command group, Spain's contribution to the Euro Battlegroup (EUBG), the Vision 2026+ document, and potential amendments to the Strasbourg Treaty.
