The Joint Cyber Command (MCCE) has inaugurated the 27th International Information Security Conference organised in Madrid by ISMS Forum.
The representative of the Command, Enrique Pérez de Tena, expressed that ‘despite rapid advances in technology, the most important thing will always be human beings, because they are the ones who enable us to safeguard our values and the welfare state we enjoy.’
He was joined by Roberto Baratta, Director of Loss Prevention, Business Continuity and Security and DPO at Abanca and President of the ISMS Forum, who explained the approach taken in this edition, which focused on the concept of “prosilience” as an evolution of corporate governance. To this end, strategies were proposed to help organisations drive innovation in complex digital environments.
Among other topics, discussions have focused on AI in the digital battlefield, the SOC White Paper, and the evolution of cybersecurity.
The ISMS Forum International Information Security Conference brought together nearly 2,000 professionals from the private sector, as well as public institutions with expertise in this field.
