The Joint Cyber Command has participated in 'CyberCo 2025'

The commander of the Joint Cyber Command (MCCE), Vice Admiral Javier Roca, attended the European Union Cyber Commanders Conference, “CyberCo 2025”, held in Copenhagen (Denmark).

During his speech, he emphasised the importance of international cooperation in the field of cyber defence.

Over two days, participants discussed how to improve civil-military cooperation on the field of cybersecurity within the framework of the EU's Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).

They exchanged opinions on current strategic challenges and new trends, with the aim of creating a coordinated position in the field of cyber defence, in accordance with the CSDP and the recent conclusions of the Council of the EU.

Analysis has been conducted on how to enhance cooperation and coordination between CyberCo members and other cybersecurity agencies and organizations.

The meeting was part of the activities planned during the Danish Presidency of the European Union corresponding to the second half of 2025.
