The Commander of the Cyber Defense Command addressed them on the possible threats that Spain could face in cyberspace
Students from the LII National Defense Course, held at the Higher Center for National Defense Studies (CESEDEN in Spanish), visited the Joint Cyberspace Command. The Commander, Vice Admiral Javier Roca, gave a lecture titled ‘What TheyHaven’t Told You about Cyberspace (And Never Will)’. In it, he discussed Spain’s current position in the cyber domain, the potential threats it faces, and the existing tools to combat them.
Following this, a discussion took place regarding the measures that can be adopted in response to the consequences of cyber attacks and, therefore, during a crisis.
The National Defense Course offered at CESEDEN is aimed at members of parliament, senators, public administration officials, tenured professors, university chairs, executives in the sector, and journalists related to the defense information field.
