Participation of the Improvised Explosive Devices Center of Excellence in COE's Marketplace

• This is a biennial event organised by NATO where Centres of Excellence have the opportunity to share their activities with the rest of the Alliance and their community of interest.

A representation of the C-IED COE, led by its Deputy Director, US Colonel Christopher Bartos, participated along with other NATO Accredited Centres of Excellence in COE's Marketplace event at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

This biennial event aims to provide an opportunity for Centres of Excellence to share their activities with NATO members and organisations and thus provide a better understanding of their work.

During the event, each Centre of Excellence had the opportunity to showcase their contributions to the Alliance and future projects, allowing visitors to understand and appreciate what accredited Centres of Excellence bring in terms of expertise, support and advice.

The C-IED COE presented its regular work, sharing examples of products and support, with special emphasis on the evolution of the Centre and the C-IED fight towards multi-domain, in line with the Alliance's strategic priorities for 2030.
