A team from the Brazilian Cyber Defence Command, led by General Luis Fernando Moraes da Silva, head of the Strategic Management Centre of the aforementioned Command, has visited the facilities of the Joint Cyberspace Command (MCCE) on the occasion of the 'Locked Shields 2022' exercise, in which five Brazilian military personnel are taking part as part of the Spanish team.
Organised annually by NATO's Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCD CoE) in Tallinn (Estonia), 'Locked Shields' is considered one of the main cyber defence exercises worldwide and is aimed at training incident response teams (CERT or CSIRT) that are deployed in front of unknown networks with little time to familiarise themselves with them.
After expressing his gratitude for the attention and explanations received, the Brazilian general highlighted the high degree of collaboration between the two countries, especially through the Ibero-American Cyberspace Forum (FIC).
