Combined Air Operations Center Torrejón donates food to the Altius Foundation

• The donation comes from CAOC TJ staff's families, the National Support Elements and the NATO's Detachment of Communications and Information Agency in Madrid

The Commander of the Combined Air Operations Centre Torrejón (CAOC TJ), Lieutenant General Fernando De La Cruz Caravaca, and a representation of Wives of NATO personnel donated non-perishable food to the Altius Foundation to help families of the “Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid” that need it the most.

The collection is an initiative organized by the Group of Wives of NATO personnel in Madrid and it has raised more than 200 kg of food during the last month.

The NATO personnel assigned to the CAOC, as well as the personnel of the National Support Elements and the NATO Communications and Information Agency in Madrid, as well as their families, contributed in this symbolic way to supporting the local community where they live and work.
